Why are there cards missing? There are over 20 cards missing from a new stack and the 1st box I bought had missing cards too. Can someone please send me a deck with all the cards available?!
Thank you for contacting us. School Zone's standard pack of Flash Cards fits 56 cards including 1 parent card. We include 110 equations out of a total of 144 equations from 0-12. We can't include both combinations of facts for all number sets for example we include 3 x 0 but not 0 x 3. Since our flash cards are intended for drill exercises, lessons regarding the order (4 x 6 equals the same as 6 x 4) may be outside their scope. If this does not reflect the cards you are missing, please let us know by calling 616-846-5030 or emailing us using support@schoolzone.com and we can assist you further.
