Refund policy

At School Zone, our mission is simple—help kids learn. To support that goal, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your School Zone product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the product (excluding shipping and handling).

Please note:

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receipt.

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition.
